India vs England ODI - 2011 Preview

Can Indian bounce back today? Indian cricket team still not start their count in this England tour.

Today September 3, 2011 the first One-Day International of the five-match series between England and India starts at 14:45 pm, IST in Riverside Ground, Chester-le-Street. In this tour England won the Test and T20.
England having good record in this ground, they New Zealand, Australia and Pakistan by 114 runs, four wickets and 24 runs respectively. India has played only one match at this ground (July 2002) which was rained out. On the other hand, with Stuart Broad, Tim Bresnan and James Anderson are in good form and they are the bowlers in test against India in this tour. Ian Bell, Ravi Bopara and Eoin Morgan are strong middle order players. Young Jade Dernbach got man of match for his 4 wickets in T20 against India on Aug 31, and he will get a chance today.
Sachin vs Anderson

If Tendulkar will reaches 45 runs, he will turn into the first Indian batsman to complete 1500 ODI runs against England. And he scours 100 runs he will complete the first player to reach 100th internaional century.James Anderson, will take one more wicket and he will complete 200 ODI wickets, he will become just the second England bowler, after Darren Gough.

Both India and England won 3 out of 5 matches in their recent ODI matches. Their last meet held at February 27, 2011 in ICC ODI World Cup. India scored 338(49.5 over) and England tied with 338-8(50 over).

So we are having a good entertainment today. We should trust Indian Cricket team will bounce back….
