The match-schedule of the series between India and the West Indies, to be played in October-November 2014, had to be revised due to operational reasons.  ( Also Read:  India 'A' team for WI practice games named ) Cuttack will now host the one-off T20 International, and Delhi will host the second ODI. India's tour of England in summer 2014 will encompass five Investec Test Matches, a five match Royal London One-Day Series and a solitary NatWest T20 International. (Useful Link:  India Squad for tour of England 2014 ) India play a five-match Test series in England for the first time since 1959 with Trent Bridge, Lord's, the Ageas Bowl, Emirates Old Trafford and the Kia Oval all hosting Investec Test Matches. Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Middlesex will host tour matches against India, who last toured England in 2011 when they were defeated four-nil in the Test Series and three-nil in the NatWest Series with the NatWest International T20 series drawn 1-1. Bangladesh Cricket Board announced the Itinerary of India tour of Bangladesh for a three-match ODI series in June. India will tour Bangladesh for a three-match ODI series after the IPL and before their departure for England. MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli are unlikely to be on the tour ahead of a long season starting with the England trip and culminating with the 2015 World Cup. Dhoni has planned a family vacation and the BCCI is inclined towards resting the captain for a rigorous season starting with the England tour and culminating with the 2015 World Cup. Similarly, Kohli, who led India during the Asia Cup in March in the absence of the injured Dhoni, has also indicated to the BCCI hierarchy that he would prefer a break going into the hectic season. The other three players who have led India in the recent past are Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir and Suresh Raina.  None of them were part of the Asia Cup campaign.
