Subramaniam Badrinath Replace VVS For New Zealand Test

The All-India Senior Selection Committee has named Subramaniam Badrinath as replacement for VVS Laxman's in the Indian team squad or the Test series against New Zealand, which commences at Hyderabad on 23 August 2012.

The Tamil Nadu middle-order batsman Badrinath has played 2 test matches, 7 ODIs and a single T20 international for India.

He is having tremendous first-class average of 60.74 in 104 matches; a lot will be predictable of him. He is called as Mr.Dependable for Chennai Super Kings.
