With a five-wicket win over Scotland U19, India U19 registered their second successive win in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup in Dubai. India U-19 began their Asian Cricket Council Under-19s Asia Cup campaign with a thumping 189-run win over UAE U-19 at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. Propelled by Akhil Herawadkar’s 101, they piled on 320 for four, while Deepak Hooda claimed four for 21 to help bowl UAE out for 131 in the Group A match. Australia’s hopes for an U19 International Series finals berth have been dealt a blow following their seven wicket loss to India at Marrara Oval in Darwin today. Australia still sits second on the Series points table, ahead of third-placed New Zealand due to a superior run rate. New Zealand have an opportunity to overtake Australia on Wednesday when they play India at Marrara Oval in the last round match of the Series.  It was always going to be a difficult task for the Aussies.
