BCCI announces cash prize of 1 crore to every player

India won the ICC Champions Trophy 2013, beating England in a thrilling final at Edgbaston, Birmingham, on 23 June 2013.

The BCCI has announced a cash prize of ` 1 crore to every playing member of the team, and ` 30 Lakhs to every member of the support staff.

While Eden Gardens celebrated 150 years, Rohit lit-up the stadium with a well paced 264 off 173 to make the occasion memorable.
