U-19 Indian Cricket Team created a new world record

Yesterday, U-19 Indian Cricket Team created a new world record for the fastest chase of a total more than 100 when they thrashed Australia U-19 side in the first one-day match.

Openers, Manan Vohra slammed 15 boundaries and two sixes for his 79 off 35 and Captain Unmukt smashed 72 from 40 balls included 11 fours and three sixes.

India U-19, (M Vohra 79, U Chand 72)

INDIA won by 10 wickets.

Propelled by Rohit Sharma’s magnificent double-century, India marched to a 153-run win in Kolkata. While Eden Gardens celebrated 150 years, Rohit lit-up the stadium with a well paced 264 off 173 to make the occasion memorable.
