The Technical Committee and Senior Tournament Committee of the BCCI met at the Cricket Center earlier today. The Technical Committee made the following recommendations: ·          The number of short-pitched deliveries permitted per over in domestic one-day tournaments to be increased from one to two. Having won their first Ranji title in the 2010-11 season, Rajasthan were unwilling to give it up, making it two wins in two editions.
