The MS Dhoni-led side will take on hosts England on Sunday in Birmingham. I ndia beat Pakistan by eight wickets (D/L method) to register their first ever victory against the arch rivals in the Champions Trophy. While the Indian bowlers did well to bowl Pakistan out for 165, India’s visibly improved fielding played a vital role in the effort. Dhoni’s young brigade were quick on their feet, accurate with their throws at the stumps and showed presence of mind to wrap up the opposition with two balls to spare. Shikhar Dhawan smashed his second ODI century as India completed a comprehensive eight-wicket win with 65 balls to spare against the West Indies in a group B match of the ICC Champions Trophy at The Oval here on Tuesday. In Group B, Pakistan are out of the tournament. The June 14 fixture between South Africa and the West Indies in Cardiff, will decide the second semifinalist from the group. Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma made a sublime 65 to set up the game for India with a 127-run opening partnership in the Group B encounter.
