Dhoni: "I think the pressure was on the bowlers after the way they started, it was important from the 8th over onwards that we got ourselves back into the game. Yuvraj was brilliant, he bowled at the right pace which was crucial and the team's fielding was brilliant. I was a bit worried after the way they started as all the bowlers struggled a bit at some point. The way we started with the bat was important, we needed it to be positive and we did that. Overall it was a very good performance and we had to get that win on the board after losing the test series."

Morgan: "We lacked a bit of discipline with our batting, Hales & Wright got us off to a great start but again in that middle period we failed to kick on. Again that positivity wasn't there in our batting and we were about 20 or so short. It was a shame as we were on for a big score. We were always up against it with that score on the board and our bowlers just were not up to it today. We will have to pick ourselves up quickly for the next game"

Yuvraj Singh is named Man of the Match: "When it comes to T20 I like to express myself. I try to hit everything straight and see how it goes. I tried to bowl a bit slow, I thought that might help, tried not to give any loose balls. Chasing was a good idea because of the dew and the ball comes on later in the day. I just need to keep playing, keep hitting the ball straight. I want to play as much as possible, train harder, work harder."

Propelled by Rohit Sharma’s magnificent double-century, India marched to a 153-run win in Kolkata. While Eden Gardens celebrated 150 years, Rohit lit-up the stadium with a well paced 264 off 173 to make the occasion memorable.
